59 individually designed luxury waterfront residences on Biscayne Bay — designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel in his first Miami project. Developed in partnership with JDS Development Group. Signature honeycomb sawtooth facade, central lagoon, vertical climbing gardens, and panoramic Biscayne Bay views.

A Brooklyn townhouse transformed into a four-unit boutique condominium in tree-lined Boerum Hill. Every unit features high ceilings, large windows, and outdoor terraces. Sold out 2024.
Promark Condominiums
Twenty-five three-family buildings across Prospect Place and St Marks Avenue, acquired out of a complex foreclosure with multiple liens. Self-performed construction after a general contractor failure, converted to 75 condominiums, pioneered the Crown Heights condo market. 50% sold within 30 days.
Throopkin Kollection
Five designer townhomes on Kosciuszko Street, between Throop and Tompkins Avenues. Pioneered luxury townhouse development in Bedford-Stuyvesant — achieving pricing that had not previously existed in the neighborhood.
539 West 54th Street
Acquired in 2021 for $25M. Identified significant unused air rights within a Large-Scale Residential Development dating back to 1972. Demolished, secured entitlements, filed tower plans. Profitable $30M exit in 2026.
East 33rd Street Tower
23-story mixed-use residential development comprising 160 apartments — studios, one- and two-bedrooms — with 40 dedicated to affordable housing. Over 14,000 sf of commercial space. Construction targeted Q3 2026. Estimated value in excess of $200 million.
