Heletz Group’s Miami presence is anchored by Monad Terrace — a 59-unit luxury waterfront condominium on Biscayne Bay in South Beach, co-developed with JDS Development Group and designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel.
Completed in 2021, Monad Terrace set pricing records for the South Beach market and established Heletz Group as a developer operating at the highest level in one of the country’s most competitive luxury residential markets.
